Australian parcels (with Regular Post) are shipped with Australia Post and usually don't require a signature on delivery. Lightweight, flat rate and per item rate items will be posted using eParcel (Australia Post parcel delivery with online delivery tracking).
Australian Express Post parcels are shipped using Australia Post eParcel service. Please Note: The same processing times apply, your order will simply arrive faster after it has been dispatched. Visit Auspost.com.au and search for Express Post to get an estimate of the time delivery to your area may take. Note: Next-day is not guaranteed to all areas and Australia Post’s next-day delivery guarantee does not apply to the eParcel express service at all.
International Parcels are shipped using Airmail through Australia Post to the USA and New Zealand.
International Express Post parcels arrive faster than standard airmail and online tracking is available. Express post international is still subject to the processing time, it simply arrives faster after dispatch.
Important Notes About International Orders:
• Shipping is based on the total weight of your order and destination zone.
• Customs Information: Any shipping method we use may take longer depending on the customs practices in your country. If your parcel is chosen to be inspected by the Customs Department in your country, that could add a few days (or more in some cases) to the arrival time of your order. This is unavoidable and completely at the discretion of your local government.
• International Customs Charges: Customs and tax charges vary from country to country, many countries do not charge tax on Australian shipments for the order values we usually ship out. Please be sure to consider your local tax & customs laws before ordering from Bad Rabbit as we cannot be held responsible for any tax or duties charged by your local government on delivery.
Processing times: Most orders of Australian items process within 1-3 days of the order being placed on our website, public holidays in NSW may alter the processing time.
Our Return and Exchange Policies
Return/Refund & Exchange Policies: We offer refund of purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns. Postage and handling costs cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in good order within 14 days before a refund will be given.
Important: If a Free Shipping option is used (only available during promotional periods) and you wish to return an item or items, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
All orders are checked for breakages / faults before they are shipped – however please contact us to discuss if there is a problem with your item that we may have missed or if you think damage has been done in transit. Any damage done in transit will need to be reported by the customer to Australia Post. Defective items will be replaced or refunded.
Please take care when ordering when it comes to t-shirt sizing and refer to our Size Guide. Chest measurements provided represent the shirt and not the measurements of your body.
General Exchange Policy: Garments can be exchanged upon availability for a different size as long as they are in new, unwashed and unworn condition. The buyer is responsible for the delivery costs both ways in a size exchange.
All exchanges must take place within 14 days of your order leaving our warehouse.
Australian customers: You must include a self-addressed prepaid post satchel / postpak for the new item to be sent to you. Please provide clear instructions so we can send the new size back to you. Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.
Sale Items or Mates Rates items CANNOT be exchanged or returned as all sales are final on discounted products.
International exchanges: Please arrange a foreign exchange in advance via email as we will require you to pay the shipping costs before we can send your exchange item to you. We also need you to include clear instructions in the return package so there is no mistake when we send you the new sizes.
